By accessing or using PulseCheck (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Accounts

During beta, access requires a valid invite code. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to monitor only systems you own or are authorized to monitor, and not to use the Service to disrupt, overload or attack third-party infrastructure.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing period.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service reliable but provide it “as is.” We do not guarantee that every outage will be detected or that alerts will always be delivered without delay.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PulseCheck is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from missed alerts or downtime of monitored systems.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
